Painting – Wet Spray and Powder Coating systems
Hilton Manufacturing operate a complete powder coating system which includes wash/surface preparation stages, quick change powder application booths and a drying oven stage. Within the Hilton Manufacturing powder spraying facility we have the equipment to recover and re-use any overspray powder. This minimises powder waste. We also have a wet spray cell to suit specific product requirements.
Assembly Services
Our assembly department offers a service where we assemble a range of equipment to suit our customer’s needs. As we offer “just in time” service it allows our customers to minimise their inventory levels.

The Hilton Manufacturing engineers along with years of experience and the latest Cad system ( Solid Edge) enables them to quickly develop the design to suit the client’s requirements at the lowest cost.
Toolmaking, jig and fixture manufacturing services
Our tool room staff has the skills and experience to assist our engineers to minimise production costs. The Hilton Manufacturing Tool room is able to make the necessary press tools, jigs and fixtures to ensure clients product specifications are met and adhered to.
Product Development services
The Hilton Manufacturing engineers are available to assist a client to develop the best cost effective design for their product.
